After following the paths of life, Malin had decided to follow her dream and become an artist. Today she runs By Jalma, a company that makes it possible for others to be able to share and admire her art. She paints, among other things, in acrylic and watercolor, which she herself calls "intuitive painting".
In her own words, she writes “All roads have led to art. For as long as I can remember, I have loved to express myself through painting and color. Maybe always knew I was an artist, but didn't dare to follow the soul or say it out loud. Tried for a long time to follow other paths, which I thought were right, the journey of life. In the end it didn't work anymore, I have to paint, step out of expectations in an existence that didn't feel like something I could stand for.
Now I'm self-employed and a full-time artist, exploring a new world in many ways. I prefer to paint in acrylics and watercolors, depending on mood and needs. You can call it intuitive painting in many layers, figuratively abstract. I have my studio in our crow castle in the middle of Hultsfred, among tall fence posts, carpenter's joy and old-fashioned lilacs."
