Here you bake on a small scale and with high quality of the ingredients. Bread rolls, baguettes, pretzels and sourdough bread with spelled or rye flour.

In all products we use only high quality spelled flour. Mainly Swedish meat and mushrooms from Sweden, sea salt from the Atlantic and high quality olive oil

With tomato sauce as a base (included on all pizzas), ham, salami, mozzarella cheese, olives, Jerusalem artichoke, peppers, pineapple, tuna, spinach, feta, mushrooms, dried ham, arugula and much more according to your own wishes.
Cold cuts can be chosen yourself when ordering if desired. If you have difficulty choosing, you can order a Björkaholm special.
