Per Englund

Per Englund debuts in Swedish with the single "I min farmors hus". In my grandmother's house is the first single from an upcoming vinyl. 

It revolves around the summers of Per's childhood where his grandmother was a central figure who created warmth, security and who gave early insights into life and what was to come.

In an undulating arrangement of acoustic guitars and accordions, a child's story is told through the eyes of a grown man. Per Englund's voice is personal, close and raw - here the story and authenticity are at the center. 

Far away from polished plastic pop productions and fake effects, Per Englund instead makes music that touches the listener and creates recognition. 

It smells of strawberries, freshly cut grass and endless summers about "In my grandmother's house" - it must be a long way from the hard rock scenes that used to be Per Englund's home ground where he delivered 10 albums with different groups over the years.- but it is all the closer to the heart!

On July 7, 2023, "In my grandmother's house" was released on all digital platforms and during 2023/2024 there will be another 8 songs about his life.
