Disc golf or frisbee golf as it is also called is a sport played with a disc (frisbee). The course is 780 meters long, consists of 9 holes and is adjacent to Hultsfred's hembygdspark. Each hole starts with a throw-in place and from there it is important to place the disc in the chain basket with as few throws as possible.

Discar is available for rent at Hagadal swimming and sports hall and at Hultsfreds Strandcamping during the camping season.

Disc golf is both easily accessible and inexpensive to practice. One disc is enough to play, although many people prefer a couple of different variants of discs with different flying characteristics.

Facts about disc golf
A disc golf course usually consists of 18 holes, but sometimes has 9 or 27 holes. The course's difficulties consist of the length of the holes, any obstacles in the form of trees, bushes, watercourses and height differences. When blowing, the wind also acts as a difficulty to master. Common surfaces are grass, meadow or forest land.

A hole consists of a draft and a basket. The road in between, which is usually 50 to 200 meters long, forms the playing field of the hole itself. The imaginary throwing path on a hole is called the fairway, while the area further away, which usually has longer grass, sly, and forest is called the rough.

Most often, a course has no fixed limit, but the natural elements of, for example, forests and shrubs function as a natural setting. However, it is not uncommon for there to be fixed boundaries in the form of pedestrian or bicycle paths and watercourses.

If the disc lands outside a fixed limit, this is called OB, short for Out of Bounds. Like traditional golf, each hole has a pair that indicates how many throws it should take to complete the hole.
