If you have an event that you want to appear in our event calendar, you've come to the right place! In order for your event to be visible with us, you need to fill in a form. When you submit it to us, we will first review the event to ensure that a visitor can understand what the event is about, if/how they buy tickets, etc. This may take a few days, and if we have any concerns, we will contact you. Once we approve the event, it will appear in our event calendar.
A few things to keep in mind when filling out the form:
- Prepare a picture in landscape format with high quality, at least 1200X900 pixels large (width x height). Attached images of posters or images with too much text may be replaced with a genre image. Are you having problems uploading images? Email turism@hultsfred.se
- Remember that you are responsible for the information and images you upload and must have rights to share these. Both from the author and people in photos in accordance with GDPR.
- Think of to write a text that describes the event and is easy to understand for someone who has never visited the event before.
- Use unique names/titles at the event if you submit more.
- The event must be public and open for the public and take place in Hultsfred municipality.
- The event is approved by Hultsfred's Tourist Information before publication and we always reserve the right to edit/deny the material. When your event is approved, the event is marketed via our event calendar at visithultsfred.se. We are not responsible for incorrect information or changes that have not been notified to Hultsfred's Tourist Information.
Examples of what is not included in the event calendar
- Political gatherings and events of a political nature or with a propaganda agenda.
- Association meetings or other closed activities.
- Ordinary activities of shops or other companies.
- Repeated activities that require booking or membership, such as workouts.
