Conditions in the permit must be met
You as the organizer are responsible for ensuring that the conditions in your permits are met. It is also your responsibility that your subcontractors and any vendors and other participants meet the conditions, have the required certifications and comply with the applicable regulations.

Permission to serve alcoholic beverages is sought from the municipality.
Please note that you must also serve food, and that the serving must take place in a limited area.
When using tents, there are special rules such as fire safety and evacuation. Contact the rescue service in good time for advice.
You may also need a permit for, for example, competitions, lotteries, roadblocks, signage and music events.
Permission is sought from the police and is needed for events that are organized in a public place. For example, concerts, fairs, sports competitions and the like.
Permits are also required for, for example, outdoor cafes, scaffolding, containers, posters, lottery stands, sausage carts and the like.

Only on Walpurgis Night, Easter Eve and New Year's Eve between 20.00 and 01.00 is it allowed to use fireworks without a permit. At other times, you must apply for a permit.
It is always forbidden to use fireworks and pyrotechnics on Larmtorget and Stortorget and closer than 200 meters from Länssjukhuset in Kalmar.
