Lysegöl is a round-shaped gull located in the Småland forest landscape. Gölen is located south of Virserum right next to Route 23. The water is signposted from the road so no map is needed to find. The water is dark colored from the surrounding coniferous forest and the ground is covered with moss. From the water as far as land, the vegetation consists of water lilies, catfish, birch, pine and spruce.
Gölen is included as club water within Virserum's SFK and rainbows are regularly released. The club has laid out jetties in the water and boards around the lake to facilitate fishing. At the breeze there are amenities such as a barbecue area and table. On the blackboard below the car park there are rules concerning fishing and a binder where caught fish must be registered.

Fishing in Lysegöl
The fishing that is conducted is only after the rainbow. The club regularly releases fish. Catches of rainbow upwards of 5 kg occur. You get to fly with fly and spin fishing and many different fly patterns and spiders work. As with all fishing, you have to try out and see what works for the day. In winter time you get pimple fish and use mask and shrimp as baits. Pimp fishing is both fun and efficient and it is good to use a slightly larger glitter, type of char, and baits with a shrimp on the hook.
In Lysegöl the fish goes everywhere but often the fish shows up in the surface when it watches. You should pay attention to this and try to fish in these areas. Rainbow is a salmon fish that tastes great on the grill, wrapped in foil. Why not as fresh as possible, ie right after catching at the lake.
